  • JC Somers Whole Lotta Rose Pinot Rose

    $23.99

    Varietal: Rosé of Pinot Noir

Region: Dundee Hills, Willamette Valley, Oregon

This 2025 wine is fresh off the press: direct press that is! Grape clusters are left with skins intact. Slow, gentle pressure helps to achieve a very pale pink color. This is quite challenging to do, as the color will change rapidly during processing, adding bitter tannins over time. However, you can be sure that the ‘Whole Lotta Rosé’ packs a whole lotta flavor into a crisp, Provençal style wine.

In the glass, pale pink, almost bubblegum. On the nose watermelon rind, lychee, rosehips, and white tea petals. On entry, Oregon Hood strawberry, cantaloupe, grapefruit zest, and mochi powder. Bright acidity and a bouncy texture leaves your palate salivating. Serve chilled at 45°F pair alongside green chili enchiladas, chicken tamales, spicy shrimp Thai noodles, or even fresh watermelon with mint and lemon yogurt. Vibrant acidity and a crisp, bouncy texture leading to a crisp finish. This rosé goes with everything!

    100% Pinot Noir.
