A unique & robust red blend from the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain in Western Cape, South Africa. 39% Shiraz, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Malbec, 11% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 7% Cabernet Franc & 6% Pinotage. Varieties harvested & fermented separately (with extended maceration) before aging in French Oak (30% new) for 12 months. Dark & intense with notes of pencil shavings, sweet tobacco, ripe mulberry & cherries and dark chocolate. Pair with Moroccan Spiced Lamb or Braised Oxtail Risotto.
